Custom Poker Chips
9 Easy steps to ordering your poker chips
1 Decide the total quantity of poker chips you want to print
2 Choose the chip edge design (Dice or Ace/King)
3 Pick the colors for the chips and quantity of each color
4 Choose the foil color for printing the chips (silver, gold, or black)
5 Choose chip back design (your name and/or logo goes on the front)
A. Denominations for poker B. Bar & Shield back C. Special Event
6 Email your logo artwork or wording to Dart World
7 Dart World will create an actual size illustration and email it to you
for your approval
8 Dart World will make production samples and mail to you for your approval
9 Dart World will produce and ship your order
Imprint Guidelines
All dealer custom imprints must include your D.B.A. name, city, and state or
province of your Dealership.
Harley-Davidson ® must appear on the poker chip
All artwork will be submitted to Harley-Davidson ® for approval
Exceptions to any of the above criteria will be submitted to
Harley-Davidson ® for review
Printing Specifics
All artwork is to be submitted in high resolution by the dealer
(Adobe Illustrator EPS or Tiff Format preferred)
If high resolution artwork, for logo reproduction, can't be provided -
Art charge for re-working a logo $50.00 or more.
Printing is a one color design and simplified to fit on a one inch print area
All artwork is to be signed off with a customer signature on graphics before production begins
No cancellations once production begins
One time tooling Charge: $75.00 for initial dealer logo - $25.00 each additional design
Order Specifics
Minimum total order: 1,000 chips (ordered in multiples of 25 chips)
Minimum chips per color: 100 chips per color
Minimum chips per foil: 100 chips per foil color
Delivery Time: 3 – 4 weeks after signed customer approval
